As I crawled in the Virtual Dumpster I call the Internet....
Been busy...spring and all...lazy post. Found a bitchin' Radiohead instrumental of Creep made by an Italian. It said "La mia casalinga di Creep".
Thought some slo mo vid would be nice to it.
The wings in slow motion are so cool. If I were and animator, I would edit out the wings and make them angelic and put some dancer in between... I have been busy taking care of my grand babies. They are outdoors more now and I am crawling the diet blogs and started one so to lose some weight and learn to be healthier. A lot of research involved. And they have a great support group.
I've lost 60 lbs three times. I've actually lost a virtual person. Sticking to it is the hardest part.
Working around food for a living helps I think, seems I always lose the weight when I'm chef'ing and if I'm doing something else I put it back on.
Some days at work my hands are in food all day and I don't eat a thing until I get home and am comfortable.
When I was younger I didn't care as much, however now I see so much to live for, I'm not ready to go yet and need some life style changes myself, like these cigarettes~!
I quit smoking when I had my accident in Nov 2009...yeah being in the hospital 2 weeks does it and with health food and nurses, too. But as soon as I got around smokers, I started up again. I can make a pack of smokes last 4 days though, so I HAVE cut down to maybe the same as living in Los Angeles? Doing research I found that smoking lowers your good cholesterol levels...therefore changing your even if you eat right habits into a risk....I need to really try. My aunts were all in their 90's and my grandma died at 96...I think I can pay for the internet that long and get a voice activator if my arthritis is too bad. LOL
