Here is a DIY project using colored safety pins and pony beads. In my 30's I developed a sensitivity to common metal. I found out via my earrings and this bitching serpentine watch I had. It would burn into me like acid. I only can wear sterling. Probably gold, but disliking gold is one of my counterculture peculiarities.

This felt even before the "Bling-Bling"phenomena.

But you can imagine the above is NOT my kind of bizarre I was searching for.
Here I found it!

Federico Uribe...yes he has the safety pin je ne sais quoi! This artist would be a curious kind of guy in any home, store or office (anyplace he goes)...possibly picking up any item you have and making cool and con-temporarily significant art from it! He has a whole series of unusual media torsos. You need to go to his website to see the slide show. It is in flash format and although many of his stuff is scattered on the Internet, I believe the idea here is to go see it's mass at Federico Uribe website You will see he uses a lot of different stuff to make beautiful art! He did a lady out of pennies..that is one heck of a piggy bank format! This last link on him goes right to his works and it is listed by pictured media. It is awesome.

I am so sorry that Trump and his reality TV and adopted the Jerry Springer Republican tactics...made this all come about.  A shameful day in American History.

When I Googled "Bluezy's Virtual Dumpster Dive" I got About 4,220 results (0.37 seconds)

There is another place called VDumpsters and on it it says click here to go Virtual Dumpster Diving.  It has been online since 2004 promoting recycling. I did see it when I researched my blog title idea, but I did not click it. I read that it was just VDumpsters and that it was something to do with landfill reduction the virtual way. I thought it was scientific, not a website similar to Craigslist, but not as easy to use.  I checked it out and it needs to have a search tool that allows you to look in your vicinity. However, it is another place to sell your stuff like Craig's List and EBay. I am not stressing because of the name, because one person can say one thing on one end of the earth, and then there is another repeating the same exact thing. It is something my husband said, that I continually have quoted through life. In his theory (I regret not paying attention to it's origin, but he applied it scientifically to images after reading the entire text from Asimov's New Guide to Science to prove to me he wasn't an idiot. He also read Einstein's book on Relativity.  Asimov is also a writer of many non fiction science books for children.

As I searched the pages of my search of my blog. I found a link that has a listing and display of all my videos and all my pics I used on my blog. You might want to check yours out to see if it does on this site

A Brit Monday...

I found a stream I could watch Doctor Who and catch up. I missed the regeneration of The Doctor into Number 11. So that was the first one I saw.

Watched British Shows today. Catching up with The Doctor. I am a season behind. Then I checked out "Being Human" where a Vampire, Werewolf and Ghost are room mates (not sure if I will go on to follow it all the way...)
Early in my marriage, PBS aired Doctor Who on Saturdays out of Sacramento, CA. My husband and I watched it from 78 to 88 until we moved. I really liked the 4th Doctor...And K-9 lol

I found out at the time that Drew Barrymore had a production company named "Flower Films" and actually "Charlie's Angels" was of her company's production.
What appealed to my eccentric eye, is DONNIE DARKO. Drew's bio mentioned it almost failed and she had to put more of her personal money and self as in a small role into it. It mentioned that after it hit DVD it became a cult film. That immediately made me look for it. THUMBS UP!

As a grocery clerk, I had an old lady of about 75 skinny but healthy (you know the type) come through and she had a mini harmonica on a chain around her neck. I said "I love your little harmonica, I can play a mean blues harp, but you gotta feel the blues to play the blues". She says "Well I got one up on you watch this"! She puckered up her lips and played this no more than one inch harmonica and it was as song! She told me she placed first in something or other to do with harmonicas and that little necklace was fully functional!

 I once owned a poster in my room as a teenager that I bought at the mall.and I cannot find it anywhere.. It was a common print that I bought twice because posters get ripped. It was with Gable wearing a black gaucho hat and black suit just looking sexy with that look of the first photo in the suit that is classic.
His name was William Clark Gable. I forgot to mention the Clint Eastwood was born with that name and of course we all know the John Wayne name is Marion Robert Morrison.
Gable was 6 ft 1 married 5 times had 2 kids. He was born in 1901! He was six years older than John Wayne. And that made a difference between being in silent films or not..I guess because Gable starred as extras in a few. They have one on YouTube called "The Merry Widow" [link] this comes in 12 parts and the link is part 1. I am going to watch is to see if I can spot him.

I Googled just "how tall is Clint Eastwood" and got About 974,000 results (0.10 seconds)
Funny thing is when I Googled it this way "Clint Eastwood how tall is" i got About 5,610,000 results (0.09 seconds)

Clint Eastwood and John Wayne are both said to be 6'4". Clint has 7 children. He fucked his way through Hollywood having affairs with many prominent women of film. I guess the first divorce was all about that, maybe.
He was never married to Sondra Locke they had a 14 year relationship and she filed for Palimony. Sondra Locke is alive and is 63 yrs old.

I was thinking about when my husband got transferred from lovely Northern Cali, to the desert of Las Vegas, NV. This lead me to think about nuclear fall out. And then led me to the "A-Bomb killed John Wayne Theory".  No...I am not going to blog about that...But my image search allowed me to see The Duke with no shirt on. I have never! There are only 3 of them I could pick out of the Dumpster. I thought to share them with you.

I first encountered the one below. I noticed that he had chest hairs playing Genghis Khan in "The Conqueror". Oh there is Susan Hayward (who died of Cancer) the actress my parents liked so much that I was named "Susan". They told me that they considered "Rita" and well my mom was trying to have the most American name (long story about post WWII and racial issues) she didn't even have to tell me why not Rita.

Finding pectoral pubic hair (isn't that what it is called? hee hee) on John Wayne made me think..."was that sort of display even allowed or common" in the days even prior to censoring Barbara Eden's belly button and or didn't you hear about how they taped over the teenage girl's nipples in "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" when they got wet so not to show? And that was like the 90's!
So I searched for him shirtless.

John Wayne would be 103 yrs old and even in the times I watched him in movies all through my life, he was almost old enough to be my daddy's daddy. But he does something with his slow talking charm that made him super sexy.

He is the Duke and I must of seen all his movies, but now that I can check the internet out for a listing, I might find one I did not see (I am sure there are a few). I saw him in a cameo on some Mae West movie...or was that Gable...All those B/W classic men basically no different from today's icons or not unlike Marilyn Monroe was to American men.

I finally got out of the house when my dear friend Jim asked me to join him at a convention."

 

 "Jim was such a handsome gentleman. He told me what I needed was a Jeannie intervention! He happened to know the Jeannie Doll and hooked us up".







Barbie: "Jeannie told me that sometimes plastic immortals really just want to be immortal humans. So she blinked my Kenbo into a human and he seems real happy now".

Bluezy: "Oh...I wondered how this kid just came around out of nowhere...I see the resemblance, too"!
