My Virtual Dumpster Dive was actually born 2009 in Rigby, Idaho. I was recovering from an unusual auto accident and it gave me something to do as I healed.

10 miles away is Idaho State University. In 2011, my daughter and a friend started attending ISU using FASFA. It was a vicarious effort to help these girls. I fucked up my chances when my dad paid for UW Madison, Wisconsin (I just wanted to meet a boy).
I helped find information on Dolphins for a research paper. In 2012, there were reports of mass dead beached dolphin events in the Black Sea. [click here to read about it] I gathered more sad research. My daughter's friend got an A+. (note-if you Google using "past week" you will find France has a big Dead Dolphin crisis going on!
Currently, I live on the Gulf Coast of Southern Texas. I have seen real Dolphin up close.

The Microsoft wallpaper (above) inspired me to look up the condition of Dolphin. It has been highlighted for two days when I log on my computer!
Not good.

A doggy park friend works directly with sea life here on the Coastal Bend. She actually saves turtles in the Winter that are cold stunned from drowning. She transports them to a warm facility that waits out the weather and returns them to the Gulf!
I mentioned that I am so mad at all the fishermen on the bay turn about who ignore all the trash there. I also mentioned that my 5 yr old grand daughter got excited over something she thought was driftwood on the Padre Island National Seashore waves and started to pick it up as I watched. I quickly stopped her. IT WAS A TURD. YEP A POO POO LOG. SHIT!! I was soooo mad.
